    General Terms and Conditions (GTC) including customer information, cancellation policy and subscription terms

    2. Scope

    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts that you conclude via our online shop.
    For subscriptions, the special subscription conditions under point 14 also apply.

    3. Conclusion of the contract

    (1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

    (2) You can add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order.

    (3) By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

    (4) The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

    4. Contract text storage

    We will save the contract text and send you the order details and these terms and conditions (e.g., via a link) by email. You can print or save the data before submitting your order.

    5. Contract language

    The contract language is German.

    6. Prices and shipping costs

    (1) All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.

    (2) The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you at checkout.

    7. Delivery, delivery area and delivery times

    (1) We deliver to the following countries:
    Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Monaco, Finland, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal and Greece.

    (2) Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is
    – within Germany: 3–5 working days ,
    – for international deliveries: 5–7 working days .

    (3) If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. The longest delivery time will apply.

    8. Payment methods


    Depending on availability, you can pay using the following payment methods:

    • Credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
    • PayPal
    • Klarna (e.g. Sofort, Pay Now, Pay Later)
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • EPS transfer

    The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.


    9. Retention of title

    The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

    10. Right of withdrawal (only for consumers)

    If you are a consumer (i.e., buying for private purposes), you are entitled to the following right of withdrawal:

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    Cancellation period
    The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together, or from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have received the last goods, provided that several goods are delivered separately.

    Exercising the right of revocation
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Neuroblends Functional Drinks UG (limited liability), Franziskus-Festing-Straße 5, 82049 Pullach im Isartal, Germany, email: info@neuroblends.eu ) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.


    Consequences of the revocation

    If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.


    Note on hygiene & sealing

    The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened beverage cans).

    12. Warranty

    The statutory warranty rights apply.

    13. Liability

    (1) We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence and in cases of injury to life, body or health.

    (2) In the case of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

    (3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

    13a. Consumer dispute resolution

    We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

    13b. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    (1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

    (2) If you are a consumer, this choice of law will only apply to the extent that it does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of your country of residence.

    (3) If you are an entrepreneur, the place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted – our place of business.

    14. Subscription Terms and Conditions

    These terms and conditions apply in addition to the above terms and conditions for all product subscriptions.

    14.1 Subscription plans

    A subscription consists of an initial payment at checkout and recurring payments at your chosen delivery frequency.
    The subscription will renew automatically until you cancel or pause it.

    14.2 Subscription payments

    (1) The first payment will be collected at checkout.
    (2) Subsequent payments will be made automatically on the respective billing date via the payment method on file.
    (3) If a payment fails, the subscription delivery in question will not be sent. After successful payment, the subscription will continue.

    14.3 Minimum term

    There is no minimum contract period .

    14.4 Termination

    You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer or subscription portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless it is received at least 5 days before the next billing date .

    14.5 Modify, Pause, Skip

    You can reschedule, skip, pause or cancel deliveries, provided this is done at least 5 days before the next billing date .

    14.6 Product changes

    You can change the subscribed product or variant in the customer portal or contact our customer service.

    14.7 Product Availability

    All subscription deliveries are subject to availability.
    If a product is unavailable, we can cancel the order. In this case, you will not incur any costs.

    14.8 Price changes

    We will inform you of any price changes for subscription products via email well in advance of them taking effect. In the event of a price increase, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

    14.9 Promotions

    Subscription discounts ("Subscribe & Save") do not automatically apply in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Special offers apply – unless otherwise communicated – only to the first subscription order.

    15. Final Provisions

    Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect. In that case, the statutory provisions shall apply.
