Shipping & Processing
Orders received by 12:00 PM (CET) on weekdays are generally handed over to our shipping provider on the same business day . Orders received after 12:00 PM are generally processed on the next business day. Please note that these are estimates only . Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Delivery times
All delivery times are estimated and depend on the respective shipping provider.
- Germany : approx. 3–5 working days
- European countries: approx. 5–7 working days
In individual cases, deviations may occur, e.g. due to:
- high utilization of shipping service providers,
- regional delivery conditions,
- Customs clearance for international shipments.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery at a specific time.
Shipping costs
Germany
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- Orders under €50: Shipping costs: €4.99 per order
International shipping
We ship throughout Europe . Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and weight and are to be borne by the customer.
Shipping providers & shipment tracking
Shipping is handled via external shipping providers (e.g. DHL).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number , provided tracking is available for your shipment.
Please note:
- Shipment tracking is provided by the respective shipping provider.
- Tracking information may be updated with a time delay.
- For deliveries outside of Germany, the shipment may be handed over to local delivery services in the destination country.
Delivery address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for delays or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to collect) and is returned to us, the following applies:
- Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse , we will refund the purchase price .
- Shipping costs are non-refundable .
- A redelivery will only take place after prior agreement and, if necessary, recalculation of shipping costs.
International shipments
Occasionally, international deliveries may experience delays, for example due to:
- Customs clearance,
- local delivery processes,
- Public holidays in the destination country.
These delays are beyond our control.

Where is my order?
Please check your shipping confirmation email and, if necessary, your spam folder.
My package was marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived.
Please check with your neighbors or the relevant delivery office first. In some cases, no notification will be left.
My tracking information shows no updates.
Tracking information may be delayed. If the problem persists, please contact the shipping provider directly.
